About Sam Harden Jr. (Uncle Sam)
Sam Harden Jr. is the heart behind Uncle Sam’s Magic Show – a Master Magician, emcee, storyteller, ventriloquist, balloon twister, and evangelist based in the Augusta, Georgia area. Since 2004, he has helped families, churches, schools, and organizations create events that are full of laughter, wonder, and meaningful moments.
Every show Sam presents is built on three commitments: Christ-honoring content, clean comedy that keeps things safe for every age, and genuine care for the people in the room. During November and December Sam becomes one of Santa's Helpers as CSRA's Santa Sam. Sam has been portraying the character or Santa since 2015. My schedule as Santa fills up fast so there is limited availability during these months. After the Christmas season is over Sam trims back his beard and gets a nice hair cut in January, then lets it grow back throughout the year.

Sam’s love for magic started when he was a boy, watching classic magicians and trying simple tricks for friends at church and school. Over time, that childhood interest grew into a clear calling: to use illusions, stories, and humor to point people toward hope in Christ and to encourage families.
After years of study and practice, Sam launched Uncle Sam’s Magic Show in 2004. What began as a handful of small programs quickly turned into a full-time ministry and family-friendly entertainment service, with Sam serving audiences across Augusta, the CSRA, and throughout the Southeast. He sees every event – from a child’s birthday party to a church outreach or corporate banquet – as an opportunity to lift spirits and share encouragement.
